Q: How long do I have the room for my event?

A: We contract our rooms for a (5) five hour booking. If you’d like to have the room longer, please contact your Catering Sales Manager.


Q: Do you provide wedding cakes?

A: We do not provide wedding cakes, however we provide cake cutting on a complimentary basis. Our pastry chef would enjoy the opportunity to provide some fabulous desserts, chocolate fountain or a variety of other fun ideas. Additionally, we partner with Nancy Kay Confections, who would be happy to work with you to provide the cake of your dreams.


Q: Does Newcastle have food and beverage minimums?

A: Yes, minimums do apply depending on the rental. Please contact your Catering Sales Manager for details.


Q: Are custom menus available?

A: Our chefs would love to work with you to showcase their creativity and make your day exactly what you’ve always dreamed of.


Q: Who is responsible for all set-up and clean-up?

A: Newcastle provides a complimentary service of all of the tables, chairs, linens, glassware, flatware, and plates. Your Catering Sales Manager will create a room diagram showing how the room will be set for your day.


Q: Am I required to have a wedding coordinator?

A: Not required, but we highly reccomend it. However, even just a day-of coordinator can be a great value for you.


Q: Is there complimentary parking?

A: Yes, there are over 400 parking spots available directly in front of the St. Andrew’s Ballroom, Prestwick Terrace and Clubhouse.


Q: Am I required to use your preferred vendors?

A: No, however we are happy to provide you with our preferred vendor list, all who have experience working at Newcastle.


Q: Are rehearsal dinners available?

A: Yes, we have several rooms which can accommodate groups of 30-60 guests. Ask your Catering Sales Managefor details.

Q: Can we have a 3rd party caterer?

A: Due to the configuration of our kitchens, we are not able to offer this service. All food and beverage (except wedding cakes) will be provided by our catering team.

Q: Do you have a Bridal Suite?

A: Yes, we have a dedicated room for you, your bridesmaids and hair/makeup team.
