The Golf Club at Newcastle History

 

Situated on 350 acres with panoramic views of Mt. Rainier, the Olympic and the Cascade mountains, The Golf Club at Newcastle consists of two 18-hole public courses (Coal Creek and China Creek), extensive practice facilities and a 44,000-square-foot clubhouse.  Designed by acclaimed golf course architect Robert E. Cupp in consultation with Masters Champion Fred Couples, the tournament-caliber, full-facility complex features challenging fairways and greens, an all-weather driving range, an 18-hole bent-grass putting course, three holes for pitching, putting and chipping, and lessons and clinics for golfers of all abilities.
